Get Ready With Me To Film!


     Hey bloggers! If you are not caught up with my blogs and have not seen my GRWM (Get ready with me), I will show you in this blog! I showed this video on my first day of shooting a blog, but I wanted to talk more about the video so it gets its own blog! I usually watch a lot of GRWM's on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, so I was excited to film one myself! While I filmed myself getting ready, I also filmed part of Tati and I's bloopers, which I thought added to the video and made it even cuter!!

    To start, it took me a while to publish the video. Mostly because I got lazy, but let's ignore that. I got excited after filming it and even editing it to my favorite song!! But then... I GOT COPYRIGHTED :(!! I made a little blog rant about that if you haven't seen it. Although I was upset, I put a different song that WASN'T COPYRIGHTED over it, and it still turned out adorable! So all is good! 

    I started my GRWM with me doing my skincare! By the way, I do not do that every day; I just did it for the sake of the video!! After that, I did my makeup, which I think turned out soooo cute! Then I showed a sneak peek of what Tati and I were doing and some silly clips with Tati! Overall, the video is so cute, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! :)

            Hi! For an assignment, I did a sound story. A sound story is a film that doesn't use visuals and only sounds. This was a very unique process, and different from anything video-related that I have done. My partner and I split the work evenly and I did the foley and editing it, and I did the script.       For our sound story, it was about a soccer game and the process before the game, like getting out of the car and warming up for the game. During the foley process, I realized how loud and chunky I had to be to get the sounds I needed. I chose to make the sounds as I play travel soccer, and I would be able to make the sounds easier as I am experienced in what goes on during a soccer game and how it would and should sound.      It took a lot of work to get the sounds.
